IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Premier Plan is intended for medium to ong-term investment and is not therefore designed for early surrender. A discontinuance charge will be applied on surrender during the early years of the Account. Please refer to the Offering Memorandum, Trust documents and Plan Illustration for details and explanation of the plan charges.

The Trust purchases a policy issued by American Assurance Underwriters Group SPC, which, in turn, invests the net proceeds according to the investment directions given by you to the Trustee.
